Terms of Service & EULA

By accessing, installing, or using the System (WKT School Management System, Tablenator Pro), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Intellectual Property & Copyright

1.1 Ownership

The System, including all source code, databases, algorithms, UI/UX designs, trademarks, and associated documentation, is the exclusive intellectual property of WKT Solutions. The System is protected by international copyright laws and treaties.

1.2 License Grant

WKT Solutions grants the User a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the System strictly for its intended educational and administrative purposes, subject to active subscription. This is a license for use, not a sale of the software.

2. Prohibited Uses

You are explicitly prohibited from:

  • Reverse Engineering: Decompiling, reverse engineering, disassembling, or attempting to derive the source code.
  • Reselling/Sublicensing: Renting, leasing, lending, selling, sublicensing, or distributing the System or its access credentials to any unauthorized third party.
  • Copying: Copying, modifying, or creating derivative works based on the System.
  • Circumvention: Bypassing, modifying, or attempting to defeat any security mechanisms or token-based payment gates.
  • Data Scraping: Using automated bots or scrapers to extract data.

3. Data Privacy and Security

The User (the School) retains ownership of all student data. WKT Solutions acts purely as a data processor. We utilize industry-standard encryption, but the User is solely responsible for ensuring they have the legal right (including parental consent) to enter minor student data in compliance with the Kenyan Data Protection Act.

4. Limitation of Liability

The System is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. WKT Solutions makes no warranties, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall WKT Solutions be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or scheduling errors caused by Tablenator Pro).

5. Token System & Payments

Tokens purchased for the Timetable Generator are non-refundable. One token constitutes one successful completion of a timetable generation sequence. WKT Solutions is not liable for tokens spent on impossible scheduling constraints inputted by the User.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any legal disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Kenya.
